Commercial mechanical room with ductwork, piping, and chiller plant
[Houston commercial & industrial mechanical contractor]

Commercial & Industrial Mechanical Contracting

Mechanical installation, service, commissioning, TAB, and refrigeration for operating facilities, project teams, and owner groups, delivered with a tested, documented closeout.

Who we are

People who make the mechanical scope easier to carry.

Clear communication, steady coordination, and a documented closeout for teams that need the work handled right.

Practical in the field. Accountable at turnover.

Meza supports commercial and industrial projects with installation, service, commissioning, TAB, and refrigeration work shaped around the people carrying the job every day: GCs, owners, and facility teams.

What matters to us is simple: do the work well, keep coordination clear, and hand over a closeout package the next team can actually use. That is the standard behind our licensed, bonded, bilingual field delivery.

Engineering

Systems Designed for How the Building Operates

Load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork layout, and piping design scoped around real operating conditions. BIM-coordinated mechanical drawings that account for access, serviceability, and long-term performance before the first piece of sheet metal ships.

Our Engineering Scope
Mechanical engineering and system design coordination
Industries we serve

Where the mechanical package carries operational weight.

We pursue work where airflow, pressure, filtration, and thermal control affect production, occupancy, or compliance.

Capabilities

Four technical domains that define Meza's mechanical scope.

Installation, ventilation, controls, and service coverage shaped around how the building actually runs.

Industrial Ventilation
Exhaust, makeup air, smoke relief, and airflow control for facilities where air movement affects safety and production.
Critical-Area Pressurization
Pressure relationships for clean zones, control rooms, and process-critical spaces where containment and directional airflow matter.
Air Quality & Filtration
Filtration, particulate control, and outside-air strategies for cleaner, code-aligned occupied and process environments.
Thermal Systems
Chilled-water, DX, VRF, and packaged systems delivered around load, uptime, and real operating conditions.
Mechanical piping and systems prepared for measured closeout and balancing
Closeout differentiator

TAB + Operability Certificate.

Every Meza project closes with a Testing-Adjusting-Balancing (TAB) report and an Operability Certificate.

Inspectors see the numbers. Contractors see the pass.

FAQ

Questions we hear before the work starts.

The answers usually come down to scope clarity, measured closeout, service continuity, and the kind of facility the work supports.

  • Send drawings or a scope description to bids@meza-mechanical.com. We review, walk the site if needed, and return a proposal scoped to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing with pricing, schedule, and deliverables itemized. If you don't have drawings, we can produce them.

  • Every engagement closes with a Test and Balance report: measured airflow, static pressure, differentials, and motor amperage at every terminal, plus a signed Operability Certificate confirming the system runs to design intent. The owner gets a documentation package, not a punch list.

  • Yes. 24/7 intake at (832) 832-1945 for commercial and industrial facilities. Preventive maintenance contracts are scoped separately and hold the setpoints the original commissioning established.

  • Data centers, healthcare, food and beverage processing, manufacturing, commercial office, hospitality, aviation and transit, and education. We focus where airflow, pressure, filtration, and thermal control carry operational or compliance weight.

Proposal review

Tell us about the job.

Send the drawings, the scope description, or the operating issue. We review the work, walk the site if needed, and return a proposal with pricing, schedule, and deliverables itemized across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
